Audi Brussels — Battery Retrofitting
The AGV system for Q8 e-tron production had been running reliably for over 5 years, but the batteries were at end-of-life — and discontinued. Together with Allgäu Batterie, we developed a custom solution.
Our task: reverse engineering the proprietary BMS protocol and developing a CAN-to-TCP adapter. The new battery communicated flawlessly with the AGV software on first installation — without any on-site adjustments.
Exotec — System Integration
System integration of AGV solutions for Exotec: configuring interfaces for connecting AGVs and conveyor technology, establishing communication with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Our team deployed Kanban as a project management tool and ensured maximum transparency through daily coordination. Test plans for various project phases were created and executed based on our extensive AGV experience.
