As specialists in AGV, organization and software topics, our goal was to use our expertise to drive the project forward for Exotec.

Our technical development manager, Thomas Berendt, formed an experienced team that specifically took care of the configuration of the interfaces for connecting the AGVs and conveyor technology (and the resulting communication with the WMS).

Thanks to Thomas’ many years of experience, test plans for the various project phases could be created and tested, effectively supporting the system integration of the AGV solutions.

To make the project process more transparent and flexible, Thomas introduced Kanban as a project management tool.

The daily meetings provided transparency about changes and priorities. The close cooperation and regular exchange with the customer, combined with technical support in meetings, contributed to the success of the project.
