What's the difference between a Lastenheft and a Pflichtenheft?

The Lastenheft (requirements specification) describes what you need, from the client's perspective. The Pflichtenheft (functional specification) describes how the vendor will deliver it. We support you with both.

Do we need a requirements document if we already have a vendor?

Yes. A clear specification protects both sides, defines the scope unambiguously, and avoids costly misunderstandings during delivery.

Do you work on projects outside intralogistics?

Yes. Our focus is automation and automated guided vehicles, but the methodology works for any complex technical procurement.

Do you also support the implementation?

If you'd like, yes. We can support the RFQ neutrally or take on delivery ourselves with our own development team.
